Something BIG (literally) is coming to Paradise Acres this fall!
We’re building a new 2-level, open-air Activity Barn with 18 more holes of Mini-Golf and a lot more!
The new barn will give our guests shelter from the sun and rain as they enjoy the new Mini-Golf course, a new Gem Mine, a new Koi Pond, Ball Cannon, The Hayground, and Laser Tag (on the 2nd floor).
It’ll look and feel great! We’ll be installing oscillating fans throughout, so not only will you be shaded on hot days, you’ll be enjoying a breeze. String lights will provide a warm happy glow at night.
NEW MINI-GOLF COURSE
The new Mini-Golf course will feature more loops and obstacles to putt around/through than our current course. Our current course has a mountain farm theme on the first half and a tropical theme on the second half. Once completed, we’ll transition the current course to be all tropical themed and the new sheltered course will have the East TN mountain farm theme. Of course, the new holes will be set up for Glow Golf at night too! Having 2 courses will mean you have options if one course looks particularly crowded!
NEW GEM MINE
The new 18-foot Gem Mine tower will sit just outside the new barn and the 60-foot-long sluice will run inside. Sandy Creek Mining Company will be installing the system early next month. You’ll soon be panning for treasure here at Paradise Acres!
NEW KOI POND
New Hope Aquascapes will be installing a new Koi Pond! The new pond water feature will have an observation rock & contain beautiful fish you can feed yourself!
NEW LASER TAG EQUIPMENT
We’re upgrading our Laser Tag equipment from Elite Laser Tag! The new taggers will have the same infra-red functionality that allows for both daytime & nighttime play plus a new live scoreboard. The Laser Tag Loft will be on the second floor of the new barn & will allow for a much cooler Laser Tag experience & you can still play on rainy days!
NEW BALL CANNON
The brand new Ball Cannon will be sheltered in the barn and guests will aim to hit targets in a field just outside. You’ll still have the chance to win a free ice cream by hitting all of the targets; you just won’t have to swelter in the sun anymore while showing off your marksmanship!
THE HAYGROUND
The Hayground kids play area will feature the 2 new inflatables we purchased earlier this summer and the hay pyramid with tunnel and slides. For the last 2 years, we were unable to keep the hay dry during the rainy season so it was only available in the fall. With the new shelter, we’ll have hay on the pyramid year-round. Your kids will stay cooler and play longer! We’ll have plenty of kick-back parent seating, so you can take a load off while you watch the kiddos burn energy & enjoy the fresh farm air.
