Outdoor Fun & Hands-On Learning at Paradise Acres
Want to reward your kids with a fun-filled day away from the classroom? Looking for an opportunity to help your students learn with hands-on activities at a functioning farm? At Paradise Acres, we can do both! We have activities geared towards interactive education and/or good ole fashioned outdoor fun.
All of our activities and facilities are outside, so you don’t have to worry about being in a confined space (where germs spread easily).
A day at Paradise Acres is a laughter-filled experience your kids will never forget. And, who knows, it may be the inspiring day that some of them discover a life-long passion!
I am a middle school teacher and we brought 40 students to Paradise Acres on a field trip. The owners were great to work with and the students had a really fun time. We are definitely intending to plan a field trip here again next year. The ice cream and treats at the concession stand were delicious and reasonably priced. The students especially enjoyed the laser tag area and the mini golf experience. – Cindy McAvoy
ACTIVITIES
- Mini-golf, Laser Tag, The Ball Cannon, and The Hayground are perennial favorites for a wide range of ages.
- We can set up the Flower Maze (July – 1st Frost) for education (with questions at intersections) or they can just navigate through it for fun.
- Hayrides are a hoot and can include a couple of stops to learn about wildflowers, butterflies, birds, crops, or our farm’s history.
- The Scavenger Hunt is a fun activity where two groups race each other to solve riddles and find clues.
- With Farm Education Activities, a member of our team will lead students through a 30-minute hands-on activity.

NOTES
- We can open earlier for field trips than to the public. We’ll be here as early as you want to get here!
- We can accommodate large groups & multiple activities.
- One free teacher/chaperone for every 15 students.
- Combo meals are available to your group at a discounted rate. Entrees include an all beef hot dog, giant braided pretzel, cheese or chili/cheese nachos. Each entre is served with a drink of choice & chips/fruit snack of choice.
- If you don’t purchase meals from us, you can bring sack lunches. No outside food other than a sack lunch, please!
- Parents and others who want to participate can purchase activities at the same rate as the students.
- Large groups will be split up and rotate through activities. We can accommodate 12-15 at a time on Hayrides, so if your trip includes a Hayride, that will be the maximum group size. Multiple groups can be on the Mini-Golf course at once.
- Hayrides last approximately 20 minutes. Mini-golf rounds last 30-45 minutes.
- Students can purchase concessions or visit the Gift Shop if they want to bring spending money. In addition to the meal options listed above, we have AMAZING scooped ice cream (20 flavors), cotton candy, bottled drinks, etc.

Nicest place I’ve ever been to to play mini-golf this side of Myrtle Beach! The views are stunningly beautiful. There’s been a lot of hard work put into this place and it shows.

We had a great time playing putt-putt. The course is brand new and very nice. The price was reasonable and all of the employees were friendly. They also have ice cream and food available for purchase.
Paradise Acres is the perfect spot for a great afternoon! My family played a game of putt putt on a fun course and enjoyed some ice cream when we were done. We are already looking forward to coming back again soon!

Just a very cool place, glad someone brought this type of activity to the Tri-City region. The putt putt course is very well done. Laser tag was a lot of fun, staff is also very friendly and helpful.
All my kids said to choose five stars. They had great family time together. We did the putt putt course and had some ice cream. It was easy to find and provided a safe and welcoming environment. Keep up the great work. We will definitely be back and are excited to try all the other activities.
The owners were so nice and organized! My boyfriend and I went to play a game of mini-golf and were so happy with the course and overall experience! I highly recommend this place if you are looking to hang out with loved ones or friends!
This place just opened right down the road from us, and we visited for the first time last night to try out the putt-putt. The course was very clean and in great condition. The staff was very friendly. They had good practices in place for COVID (even at an outdoor venue).
